Returns

The Light Shop by Shibity does not generally accept physical product returns. Because many of our products are digital and small-format printed items, we prefer to resolve concerns without requiring customers to mail items back.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thelightshopbyshibity@gmail.com. Please include your order information and a brief description of the issue. We may request a photo if an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If a refund is approved, you will generally not be required to return the item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. We’ll review the concern and work with you to make it right.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable PDFs, EPUB files, MP3s, MP4s, and other digital content, are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for an approved refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Because physical returns are generally not required, there are typically no return shipping costs associated with an approved refund.

Exchanges

We do not generally offer exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us so we can determine the best resolution.

Final Sale Items

Digital products and gift cards are final sale. Other items may also be designated as final sale on the product page.
